Setup after moving to Godaddy

Hello Guys,
 
We recently moved our website to godaddy hosting service. We want to move our webwiz to that location as well. Here is the issue we are running into:
 
We have everything set up on the hosting side, including the SQL table. We go to our forum URL and enter in the New install. Then we will out all the information for the SQL service. Test the connection and it states that the connection is successful.
 
As soon as we click on next, it goes back to the original install screen were it wants us to choose our install type.
 
Any suggestions?

You need to set Read, Write and Modify permissions on the Web Wiz Forums 'database' folder so that the install wizard can write the database connection settings to the files in this folder.
