some weird 'active users'

Every now and then I see some weird things on the Active Users page of my forum. For an instant, in the following picture some 1 with a Netscape browser but uknown OS is surfing the forum from an IP address of 127.0.0.1.

I have my own dedicated server, it has no Netscape browser on it, and if I do surf the forum from within my server then the IP address would show the 'real' valid IP address of teh server that you would have to have if you wanted to remote access my server.
 
I'm just curious as to what this is...
