I thought I mentioned this before, perhaps not.
There is an open error that needs to be handled IMO... that is when a post is too long you get the ASP error and going back typically clears the post.
If a new post is too long (I think it's the same with replies but I'm sticking to the facts I KNOW.), this is the error (IE: 6)

The data being processed is over the allowed limit.
It would be handy if the validator would kick out an error instead. Don't you think?
