For some unknown reason, lately I have noticed in all my posts on my forum I get these strange < => characters at the beginning and sometimes the end of my posts...

< => This is the body of my message.

It only happens to my posts in the forum and only on this computer!   Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Simon

Zonealarm has been identified as the culprit as far as I remember, try a search since this has been covered before.

I think this one is the add blocker in Norton Personal Firewall.

These companies use a method where they inject javascript code into every page you look at on the Internet, this then gets injected into the post editor window.

I have written filters to strip this from posts, but the companies making these products like to keep changing the code very slightly in each new version so that the filters can't strip this code that they inject anymore.

I personally can't stand these software programs that like to inject code into pages, they course more problems than they prevent and can be done in a different way without these code injections.
