Write a video/voice chat application that uses only 4kbit/s per Client with Radio Quality Audio and 30fps guaranty video. It must be able to host at least 200 clients and no host service must be used.... If you got that I buy it from you.

well IT projects r usually projection of students own skills and can be anything..as long it is software based wether in C++, VB, ASP, etc etc etc..

i was thinking to do something in ASP / web based as all other geeks r sticking to VB programs and i think innovating new idea for the web and making it solid is better than repeating the same old junk in VB like making a calculater, VB apps with Access, etc etc etc

ohh and BTW this project is a part of my final AL ICT exams.. so i offcourse have to score good grades.. and project submission dead line is 1st April 2004

i need finance to get started with this.. if u get me an investor. i will start with u.. minimum required investment is 10T

How about making some forum software like webwizforums. Im making one in asp.net and its not as hard as you would have thought.
