Suggestion for 7.7alpha - PM

I always wondered why this is set up as it is:

Private Messenger

Web Wiz Forums : Private Messenger

Private Messenger: Welcome

Why do you have to say "Private Messenger: Welcome" in the last line? It says PM already in the other 2 places. It's useless in my opinion and it doesn't look like that on the other pages in the forum, but all the pages in the Private Messanger - Couldn't you just do like this:

Private Messenger

Web Wiz Forums : Private Messenger

Welcome

And delete the "Private Messanger:"-part in the last line?

NOTE: This goes by ALL the pages in Private Messanger.
