	- not sure what you mean - hmm, that's not really neccesary IMHO for a forum - a chat room maybe but not a forum - you can just create your own role that only has read only access and to ban people just put them in that role

	Ok. I know It's not a chat room. Forum is better!!! I have another suggestion! Allow to UPLOAD pictures by Private Messanger! Now Is done only for insert picture by URL.
