It will be nice to have a mode that let you know if a member is using various nicknames, instead of looking one by one.  Kind of a Search only to match IP's.

Yes that would be a good idea except that most users have dynamic IP addresses. You could also have a dns lookup for the ips

It would save a lot of time if you could combine IP banning with email banning. Now I have to open 3 windows and copy and paste. I'm very happy with the addition of IP & email banning so a big thumbs up!
