I must have messed up something, but many sections, like the Sig box, the FAQ's, Profile page and others do not wrap and just expand across the page, making it HUGE!

Any ideas where to check?

This sounds like you have modify the CSS files for the forum and have set an incorrect width somewhere.

I figured I might have done that.

Any idea where to look?
I'm using the Classic skin, tried changing skins and the problem stayed the same. :(

It would be difficult to say. I would suggest to narrow down the problem is going back to the original files and then slowly add the modifications till you find the one that is causing the problem.
