	I discovered that this problem is just for logged on users . guest users see all times correct . ???!!!

	Finally I solved my problem by re uploading register.asp (I'm realy trying to discover why hadn't I done this before !!!!!!!) Now users just have to go to their profile and update it and all the times appear ok. Special thanks to you Dj air for your help.
