How could i build MSI transformation files, aka .mst files in GUI. I know one could use InstallShield Tuner, now part of InstallShield Admin Studio but are there any other utilities out there..

ok found it.. it called Wise IntallTailer from Wise Solutions.. and its free.. hope this info helps someone else :)

I really don't see why you would won't to use InstallShield.

There are better (free, paid and open source tools out there).
