WYSIWYG editor isn’t showing up...

Hello!
I post this, because before I wasnt' having any trouble, but right now, and I don't know how, the WYSIWYG dissapear in my forum. Or at least me and a few users can't see it.
In the last version I had, that was 7.01, there was an option to activate this, but in the new one 7.7a doesn't exist.

There is no problem with my browser, because in this forum, right now i'm posting on the WYSIWYG editor

So, I really need this, because i need to edit posts sometimes, and because is more comfortable.

So, anybody can help me PLEASE??? I'm going crazy! I don't find nothing in the panel that can fix this!

I checked in the admin panel, and it's enabled. In my profile i haven't the option of set unable or unable...It didn't appear like in 7.01

I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0.
This problem came up from nowhere and with no reason...it was working so well, until yesterday, when happened this.

And as I said before, in this forum, the WYSIWYG editor works fine
