I am trying to do a survey, on what personal routers are in use out there and why did you choose it. ?

I have always been interested in what routers people use and why. Also is price of concern ? I would like to sell routers on my ecommerce shop that I am building and would really like to know what people would buy so that I am selling the right thing.

So let me start, I am using a DRAYTEK 2600VG router which is wireless and offers VoIP. Of all the routers I have tried this definatly offers the best features but it costs a lot more than most of the routers out there

I'm using 2 Repotecs at home. They work and they are less than a 3Com or big brand. I only care about what works...

I've just got a Belkin ADSL Modem with Built in Wireless Router for 69 UK Pounds.

Why?

Because my US Robotics External USB ADSL Modem, after having it a year and a bit, decided that it was going to drop my line very few minutes in the hot weather!!

So I decided to go for an ADSL Modem router so that I don't have to have my PC on when I want to use the Internet on my laptop.

The router has 4 RJ45 ports for my wired network, and the only reason why I spent a few pounds extra on the wireless part is incase I ever get the money to upgrade to a wireless PCMCA card for my old laptop.

Cool thanks all of you for your replies. It seems like everyone has a different router, it is just very interesting to see what is out there..
