New forum user activation

	When a new forum user registers for the forum, they are automatically registered and allowed access to all the forums. Is there anyway to prevent this? I would like a user to only be able to register if they have met certain criteria IE: on a specific list or if the admin approves the registration. Can either of these things be done? TIA

	you could set the strart group to be a group with no reply, new topics etc.. then after you look over the account you move them into a group that allows these restrictions.
