ok heres the story
 
our forum is on WWF for like 3 years now
 
we alweys hed like 20-30 online members
but in those last days we reach up to 80 Online Active members
 
that make the Forum Surf SUPER SLOW ( and i mean it)
 
it takes like 20-22 sec to each page to get loaded
the problem isnt in the Server cuz its on T3 all for this site .
this slowing doesnt come whan the online members is 20-
but after 25+ it getting slow (right now 70 Online) ITS DEAD ..
 
now i suspect my SQL
(Our users have posted 169548 Posts in 15520 Topics in 29 Forum(s)
)
i am clearing the old posts every 2 months and its not that eiter ,,,
i didnt found the problem i supuse it becouz the mods i added and mofied the DB to much and Changed him...
now my Question is
 
How to Create new Sql Db ..
and how i can Save the Members and forum/Posts/replies

Create a blank db run the wwg script and import the users etc. via DTS
