Error with new installation

Hi,
I've just installed Web Wiz Forums Lite Version and when I try to access to the admin section i have an error 500:
 
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e09'

Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.

/forum/login_user.asp, line 171

What can i do?
Please help me, i need your Forum very much!!
 
P.S. I'm not very sure the server supports ASP, but i can see all pages, except Admin login. Could it be the cause of the error or not?

This is a server permission problem.

Please refer to the installation documentation that comes with the software, under 'common errors' for more details.
