Connection strings with password

I passworded my Access Database. And then wanted to access records i stored in it.
My connection strings goes like this:
 
 
Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=Server.MapPath("db/Mydb.mdb");Jet OLEDB:Database Password=MyDbPassword;"
 
Is not working i don;t know if am missing anything here.
Error displayed:
 
Microsoft Jet Database Engine Could not
find installable ISAM.
Plz, help
