I would third it.
There supposedly was one built for version 7, but the discussion about it was so unorganized and there seemed to be a lot of problems with it, so I never used it.
I definately need one myself.
I wonder if there would be a way to integrate it with the posts like Borg integrated the calendar. That way you could create an entry similar to how you would create a post, however, the image would show up in the photo gallery and people would also be able to discuss it (if that is allowed by the administrator).
