Hello,

We have been running WebWiz forums for a  couple of years, and this weekend it was hacked.  Some of the files were changed so I have redownloaded a fresh copy and was attempting to set it back up using the old DB (30k posts).  I downloaded the latest version, but I think i may have been on version 7 possibly?  Anyway, i setup the DB section and then tried running msSQL_server_setup.asp which gave me a bunch of errors because the tables already existed.  Now when I go to the forums, I get this message:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'

Invalid column name 'ID'.

/forums/functions/functions_date_time_format.asp, line 78

Can anyone help me??  Thanks in advance!

Sorry i'll explain,
You mentioned before that you were previousley running version 7.x of the forum.

In order to use your Version 7 DB with version 8 forum you need to download the 7.x to 8.x database convertor tool from the download page.

Once downloaded follow the instructions to update your old database and upgrade to Version 8, this may be the problem your having.
