Still Cannot Find Option in Version 8.x

Our web host just updated Web Wiz to version 8.x (the latest).  I asked him to do this since he had been on 7.9,  I was told in this forum that updating to 8.x would provide the option both in user profile and on each post to have email notification sent when someone reponds to a post.  I have tried finding such an option and it is not there anywhere in the user profile nor does it appear as an option at the bottom of a post as it did for this post ("Email Notify Me of Replies").  How can I remedy this?  I have an admin login to the Web Wiz forums on our site.

First make sure you have email setting set up in 'Admin control panel >>> Email notification configuration' (bit of a mouthful)
