All users can change any users profile

	Not sure if i have caused it but i just had a regular user change the admin profile if a user clicks on memberlist then picks any user they have the option on the bottom to modify profile Help !! I have taken sql server offline untill i get this resolved Thanks

	You probably gave your regular users group permissions rights to "Forum Moderator". That allows them to edit profiles. Check your group permissions and see if that helps.
