Multi-Language Forums

Hey Borg - did you build the forum in such a way that we will now be able to implement multiple languaguages?

This was a topic that was brought up by many including myself where we were not able to add aditional languages from which to choose from and then display the forum language in the selected language.

I'm just wondering if it will be easier for us to do so now once the final version of 9 is out.
