I've noticed under the users profile information, that there are the usual provisions for adding ICQ, AIM, MSN, Skype, etc...

I was wondering if there's any way to add a user's Jabber information?  I have set up a Jabber server at my company for the users to communicate with.  It would be nice if there is a quick link underneath the form username that will allow a user to quickly add another user.

Is this possible with the premium edition?  I know some will suggest just using an external IM client, but both the Web Wiz forums I've set up and the IM server are internal access only.  Therefore I cannot use an external IM client.  Thanks.

There are two options, the first is add a new field to the database to hold this information, then recode the registration and profile pages so users can add in a Jabber users ID.

The second and easiest is to take one of the fields like AIM, MSN, etc. that you don't want to use and edit the language_file_inc.asp and change the text for AIM, or MSN, etc. to Jabber ID and this will update the text throughout the forum.
