license server contact ?

	If I buy a premium license does the server hosting it always have to be connected to the internet. From what I'm seeing this seems to be a requirement in order to upgrade.

	Licensing questions would need to be addressed to the sales department, as legal reason prevent licensing questions being answered on public forums. 	I purchased a license anyway, was just curious in case it's like corp vista where it has to reach out and touch the server every so often. Thx.
