I have no idea what I'm supposed to enter here:

Well I got that far but still not got it working

 

strSQLServerName = "JAMESDELL\JAMESDELL" 'Holds the name of the SQL Server
strSQLDBUserName = "put your database username here" 'Holds the user name (for SQL Server Authentication)
strSQLDBPassword = "put your database password here" 'Holds the password (for SQL Server Authentication)
strSQLDBName = "Name of the actual database here"     'Holds name of a database on the server

Contact your hosting company for the details that are required for connecting to the SQL server database.

Or if on your local machine use localhost for the sql server name, your sql server password and username you created on the sql server, and the name of the database that you have created on the SQL server that you want to use for the forum database.
