Hi,
 
In the Email Settings, if the "Outgoing SMTP Mail Server Username" is: admin@fans-of-triumph.com and the "Your Email Address" is others@fans-of-triumph.com, the Test Email Sending and Forum Email Sent will have the same From and To address of others@fans-of-triumph.com
 
For Gmail, if the From and To address is the same, it will be marked permanently as spam and even if you specify this email as Labels, etc. it will not work and will throw it into "Spam" box.
 
I'm suggesting that the From email address should be set to "admin@fans-of-triumph.com" and To:  "others@fans-of-triumph.com"
 
Else every mail from Web Wiz Forums will be marked as spam and it's bad for business?

The email address used in the admin area is used as the 'From' email address.

When emails are sent they are not usually sent to this email address, they will be sent to the address of the user they have in their forum profile.

If you are worried about this you should create a new email account to be used as the forums 'From' email address, then in your own forum profile add a different email address.

Then when the forum sends emails (apart from in the test) it will always be sent to a different email address than the 'from' email address is set to.

The reason for this is most web hosts require authentication now to send emails, this means that often the 'from' email address needs to be a local mailbox, which is why you set this address in the admin area of your forum.
