As I Can See Web Wiz Forums Download Through A Secure Link Can I Make It For My Files Too. If I Use Asp.Net or ASP?

It's not an SSL link so it's not what you would call secure.

It does however use the ADO.Stream object to stream the download to the user, thus preventing people hot linking to the download without first excepting the license agreement.

Have a look on Google for ADO.Stream, you should find plenty on it.
