Nav Bar in SQL Version

I working on upgrading from access to MSSQL and in the testing / development faze.  I looking for the nav bar.  I setup a series of if statement that check users group and based on their group status receive a different menu option.  But for the life of me I can remember or find the location of the nav bar.  If somebody can please point me to the right file I would appriate it.  I'm assuming it's the same file in Access and SQL?
