Adding Footer Content in All email sent via webwiz

Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to add some footer text like e.g. company's name, logo, etc to all the emails being sent from the webwiz forum software. I looked at the admin panel, but there is no option to do so.

Is there anyway? Please help.

Not in the present version.

All the text for the forum is stored in the language files in the language_files folder. You could try editing the relevant text within these files.

Thanks for the reply.

When you replied me, I received an email and the email had footer  saying this

"Software provided by Web Wiz Forums® version 10 alpha build 20092001 - http://www.webwizforums.com
Free Bulletin Board System - Download today!"

Can you tell me which variable in which file did you change? There are lots and lots of variable and is making me confused.

This part can not be removed or altered without breaking the license agreement for your use of the software.

You would need to edit the files mentioned above.

I have Premium Edition Single Instance License for the forum. I think I can edit the files if I have the licence right?

Can you please tell me which file in the language_files folder, and which variable please?

Please check your license as you do not have the right to modify all the code under the premium edition license, and this part can not be modified.

What you will need to do is find the text that relates to the email that you want to change then alter the text for that email accordingly. There will be multiple emails that will need to be chnaged, so best to find the text from the email and do a search for it in this file.
