We are using windows authentication to automatically create and login users to our Forum.
However, on the first visit to the forum homepage, the user sees the "quick logon" form, and is not currently logged in (and cannot see the private/hidden forums).
On pressing the refresh (F5) key, the user is then logged on and can see the forums.
Is there anyway of forcing the logon, or automatically reloading the page, if they are not currently logged on?
I was thinking it could be some kind of caching issue. I've managed to replicate this issue by clearing the cookies, and closing/re-opening internet explorer.
Thanks!
