Not really sure what you are asking, could you please explain more what you are trying to do?

 I think he wants to convert his forum database (Access or MS SQL Server) to MySQL database

That's why need to know what he is trying to do, as it would seem very odd if he wanted to convert from SQL Server to mySQL as that would certainly be a bad move as we do see allot of issues with mySQL under load.

Also moving from Access to SQL Server is a very good move and relatively easy to do, whereas mySQL unlike Access and SQL server is not a RDMS and so has to use a very different schema and different datatypes so is not something which would support as you would end up with a rather unstable forum.
