Terms of service and Newsletter permission

Hi,

I´d like to suggest two simple new features.

- A checkbox for accepting the Terms Of Service and a way to ask people to reaccept it.

I believe, not sure, that in some countries it´s mandatory in SPAM rules that the users actively mark a checkbox, saying that they accept to receive email newsletter. I´m not sure If it´s apply also for accepting the Terms of Service (Registration). It´s simple to change that anyway, just have to check If the box was marked to accept the click of button. Less simple, but much more important, would be to make mandatory that users accept that term AGAIN If I want to change them. This would make the forum admistrators more secure against any law issues  If a user decide to take any action against the website owner, claiming that something happenned to him and he was not warned in the registration. And Yes.. this can help in bigger foruns.. I have runned into these problems more than once. So... it´s simple! If I decide to change the terms and want everybody to accept it again, the users would not be able to post before accpeting the terms. It´s important to allow the admin to ask or not to reaccept, once they maybe will change a mispelled word or something not important to ask the users to accept again.


- One or two fields asking If the user wants to get a email newsletter.

In this case I could ask If the user want to get my website bulleting and/or partners emails. So, I could be able to filter the users that accepted this and send them my newsletter or whatever (I just need the list of emails and not the way to send it!).  This would be in the registration form, so the user can change himself If he changed his mind.

Getting more especific, would be also nice to be able to filter the blocked users... because maybe we don´t want to mail them some stuff.


I believe these are really good features for who use the forum in bigger websites.
