URL and file with accent

	Inserting a url with accent or upload a file or image with accent it gives error. I guess that it happen the same with the "ñ". On my forum I have received several complaints for this reason.

	We are not able to replicate the error in the lab where we found that file or image upload and URL's with accents works without problems. You did modify your database and some of the files against our advice instead of changing the page encoding and database collation as we suggested which no doubt has caused the issue you now have. If you could give the detailed error message we may be able to help.

	You are right. I've done another test and it works perfectly. It has possibly been a problem on my server or how to also use the Web Wiz NewsPad could be that the problem was this Web, but as they are in beta I suppose they will manage. Thank you
