cannot suspend user - password error

After a recent update of the forum software to 10.03 I am unable suspend user accounts:

Quote Error Your Password does not meet the Password Complexity requirements.
Your Password must contain at least; 1 Uppercase Character, 1 Lowercase Character, and 1 Number.

Does this password error message apply to my moderator account or the account I am trying to suspend??

This means that complex passwords are enabled from your admin area of the forum.

It means that the account being edit does not have a password that meet the complex password requirements and needs the password updating to meet these requirements.

You can turn off complex passwords from the admin area if you do not wish to have this feature.
