	The Rate Topic feature seems to be bunked...shows like this both in Firefox and IE.

	This will happen if you try and use a verion 9.x skin with version 10. There is new CSS in version 10 for skins to support new features like Topic Rating, Chat Room, etc.

	i see to get something simular , just did a fresh install of V10.03, upgraded from V9 and all seems ok apart from the topic rating box seems to always be visiable on the page within IE and FF. the only way to partly close it is to clic on the page, but also it enlarges the top banner/title of the table cells exact th esame as above preview (beat me to it)
