securing development site

Hi,

I would like to secure our development sites from the public and only grant our office ip addresses to view them.  We host our sites on our own server using IIS.

I follow step by step instructions on the following web site, but couldn't find the "Denied Access" or "Granted Access" and hence could not continue.

Our websites resides on IIS 7.  Any guidance will be much appreciated.
