How to go about FlashMX?

I'm a complete graphic bobo. I couldn't create an image to save my life... without a digital camera that is...

I need to learn the FlashMX platform inside of the next 30 days or so. I don't know ColdFusion, I loathe DreamWeaver, and I have no choice.

I know ASP, dabble with ASP.NET, know ANSI and T-SQL, blah blah - the rest is standard.

How should I go about learning FlashMX? I played with Flash 4 and 5 a couple years ago, and I can do really basic stuff like tweening and inserting audio. As for programming in Flash Script, or whatever it's called (I don't even know that - 'action script'???) - I'm lost.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
