He Hacked my admin password

Well over the weekend someone calling himself asped hacked
into my admin password and took over the board. He did it twice.
I've read here about the database but I don't think he is getting to that. He first registers as a new user and only then does he seem to find a way to get my password.
I disabled the registration and he hasn't done it yet.
I know I only have ver 6.28 of web wiz but it does work great and I didn't want to go through the custom changes to
upgrade. Does anyone know how I can stop him?

I am sure that he downloads your database. Follow the guidelines to secure your db in the help file. If he found another way to get to your password (I am sure there are) then you should really consider upgrading as 7.x has tons of security improvements.
