 After having to rebuild my Web server.. a member emailed me informing me that on thier end, the new topic/hot topic icons next to posts were not showing new posts.
  I thought at first it was thier end, but then noticed, it was doing the same on my PC, and it damn well shouldn't have any problems... just rebuilt it aswell...

 Any ideas?

Check that all your locals on the web server are set to the same local.
