7.01 speed...

   Hello,

I have 7.01 (access 2000, Win2003, 512 RAM) board. When my visitors try
to reply, it take about 10sec, but I see "Page generated in 0,1sec"

I'm not use email notifications, so it not takes extra time...+ it's new board with DB ~1-2Mb

Could you tell me please, what should be checked to resolve the
problem? I use Russian + Ikonboard mod (from Web Wiz) site - may
its affect board speed?
