ASP 0177 when Personal Messaging

Hi, we wish to thankyou for v7.01 I have been able to answer the very few issues that we have had by reading these forums .... except one.

Whenever we Personal Message we get the following error:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/users/organic/forum/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 154

800401f3

The personal message works though. I have uploaded the send_mail.asp file again in case that was corrupted. Would appreciate a pointer or two. Thanks for helping our vastly spread percussion community with this fantastic message board.

That means that the email component you have selected isn't installed on the server. Contact your host to find out which one you should use. In the meantime, turn off email notification in the Admin area.
