Hi,

I understand that you have to reactivate your account when you change your e-mail address or your password but i've changed only the time offset for my location and my account was deactivated. I was waiting for the reactivation e-mail but ... nothing. I had to try to logon again and select resend activation e-mail, now it works and I was able to reactivate my account. Is this correct to reactivate your account after every modification of your profile?

Imagine you want to change something in your profile (not password or e-mail) and that options are on different pages in control panel ... you have to reactivate your account every time ... change - reactivate / change - reactivate ...

hey I believe that might be happening cuz often I get emails from my users telling me that they can't post cuz their account is not active and when I check their profile their account is not active, and they always insist that they havent changed their email or password... I'm using 7.1... I'll setup a test account and check it out..

I have found a problem if you choose to just change forum prefernces or profile info, not the full profile page. I have fixed this error on this site so you only reactivate your account if changing your email address.
