Arghh man!!!

i'm sure that you are using windows2000-based iis... let say that you are having problem with your web server... well this is basicly your windows service for your World Wide Web Publishing Services cannot start because of its dependancy was too failed to start...

To check it... go to control panel > administrative tools > services, find and select World Wide Web Publishing Services > right click > all tasks > restart... wait what windows will say about this... if it tells you error then this is most probably that your dependency services "IIS Admin Service" also cannot be started... well at this point i would say that you computer is infected with a virus maybe w32.blaster.worm.... its affected your Remote Procedure Call (RPC)...

To correct this error go to this site and download a patch for your server... before that you have to apply service pack first atleast service pack 2... then download this patch at  http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/1/f/01fdd40f-efc5-4 33d-8ad2-b4b9d42049d5/Windows2000-KB823980-x86-ENU.exe

After that look for virus removal at symantec.com for w32.blaster.com

Just an idea... maybe... else... :)))
