I have just upgraded to version 7.5 (Access) from versiom 7.01. I locked my forums before upgrading and when the upgrade was done I tried to log back in via the admin page but was unable to get in I am using the correct user name and password. HELP.

I have tried that using both my original username and password and the ones you sugest nojoy.

Updating bewteen the two versions you mention the database won't change your password.

Make sure that your password is completly lower case.

You can unlock the forum directly in the database in the table tblConfiguartion by removing check in the box for Forums_closed (Access version)

Then use the forgotten passwrod feature to reset your password.

I have it fixed now. I did a bit of cutting and pasting in the database and have it sorted now. Thanks for the help. And Bruce thanks for a great bit of software.
