Since your giving out so much info, hows about trying:

Close your eyes, spin round three times and see its working now.

If it isn't, repeat till sick fed up and decide to post something people can work on to help you...

Either javascript is not enabled on the browser or you added some javascript to the page that is conflicting with the forum jump...
