Having trouble adding user groups

As stated... when I log in as Admin, and try to add/edit member groups, admin/group_details.asp chews up the form and spits it out in the general direction of insufficient_permission.asp, with the message "Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page."

Any insights appreciated...

System: Win98, PWS, running locally, experimenting before finding a webhost to port to.

This bug has already been reported.

If you search the forum there are a number of fixes posted.
