Know a good ASCII to RTF converter?

Does anyone know a good ASCII to RTF converter? It can't be an application - I need a component --> Preferably free. I want to stick it in a VB.NET app, so a native .NET component would be preferable.

One other thing, I don't want it to rely on having Word installed on the client. That is basically useless.

Im not sure what you mean, does it convert plain text to rtf?

Exactly. Convert plain Jane ASCII text files to Rich Text files.
