How to display in multiple languages?

With downloaded English version of wwf-access-v7.6, when I tried to post in Chinese, it displays none-sense characters !

I don't want to display everything in Chinese - I only want people can post in Chinese 中文or other languages occationally like this forum, anyone can help?
