Sponsered Links in Web Search Engin

Hi

I was just wondering if you can add a section of Sponsered Results in the Web Search Engin Administration, those results may appear on the top when certain special Key Words are entered, the admin may be easyly able to edit and add/remove such links, might become handy for people seeking to make a bigger search engin and might become easer for them to get advertisments and make money from their site by showing sponsered links ?!?
