can i use MS access .mdb file as my database for a huse amount of data(more than 100000 users)? please help

Nope...

Depending on your code, Access could safely handle maximum 200 simultaneous connection. But above 100 connection usually means trouble. You have to consider either MySQL or SQL Server db.

Hes not talking about the number of connections, hes talking about the number of records. Access might be able to hld 100000 records (but im not sure). even if it does it will be reeeeealy sloooooooow so your better off using SQL server.

Access is fine for a personal db with that many records. Not necessarily many users recommended but if you don't share the db you can easily store a couple million records.
